1. Your administrative formalities upon your arrival in Lorraine

When you arrive in Lorraine, you must report to one of the two international reception offices with your passport. These offices provide comprehensive assistance in carrying out the required administrative procedures, including helping you obtaining your residence permit and finding accommodation.

2. Your reception and enrollment formalities as a PhD student

Upon your arrival, you will also need to contact:

the international PhD liaison officer to help you settle in (see contacts opposite).
