Cette thèse représente une étude interdisciplinaire et transdisciplinaire approfondie du potentiel balnéoclimatique du comté de Bihor, mettant en évidence son rôle stratégique pour le développement socio-économique, la santé publique et le tourisme balnéaire. La recherche est fondée sur une base théorique solide, démontrant la richesse et la diversité des ressources hydrominérales du comté, ainsi qu'un bioclimat favorable.

Abstract
This thesis represents an in-depth interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary study of the balneoclimatic potential of Bihor County, highlighting its strategic role for socio-economic development, public health, and balneal tourism. The research is based on a solid theoretical foundation, demonstrating the richness and diversity of the county's hydromineral resources, as well as a favorable bioclimatic environment. The paper emphasizes the geological and geographical conditions that support the existence of thermal and mineral waters in 81 localities, predominantly concentrated in plain areas.
